Silvia Jimenez
Data Collection, Management and Analysis
Silvia specializes in neighborhood-level data collection, management and analysis, and integrating the use of geospatial technologies (Geographic Information Systems & and satellite remote sensing) in project development. She is a strong believer in direct community participation as the core of community betterment projects, particularly for groups whose needs are often overlooked.
Silvia received a B.A. in Geography/Environmental Studies with a minor in Urban & Regional Studies from UCLA, and an A.A. in Early Childhood Education from LA Valley College. She is an active member of Erick's organization, Team Green Bite, and will be pursuing a graduate degree in environmental planning in the near future.
